Service terms

Last updated: October 5, 2026. These terms apply to every Built Different service. The written scope you approve for a project prevails where it is more specific.

1. Who we are

Built Different is operated by Daian David, based in Romania (EU). Contact: daian@allbuiltdifferentagency.com. All communication is in writing, by email.

2. Scope comes first

• Work starts only after you approve a written scope that lists the locations or accounts, deliverables, exclusions, timeline and price.
• Anything not in the scope is quoted separately and done only after your written approval.
• One consolidated revision round is included unless the scope says otherwise.

3. Payment

• Payments are made through Whop's secure checkout. Prices are in USD.
• Google Business Profile pilot: 50% when you approve the scope (work starts once paid), 50% when the work is ready for your review.
• Monthly care: billed per location, month to month; cancel with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
• Cash Flow Sprint: fixed fee, paid after you approve the scope. No fee is ever based on payments you receive from your customers.

4. Refunds

• If the agreed deliverables are not delivered within the timeline in the scope (after we receive access and the information requested), you can ask for a refund of what you paid for the undelivered work, or we keep working at no charge until it is done. Your choice.
• Delays caused by missing access, information or approvals pause the timeline and don't count as late delivery.
• Digital products (ebooks, templates): refund on request within 7 days of purchase.

5. What we don't promise

Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings, map positions, calls, leads, revenue, Google's approval of edits, or that your customers pay their invoices. We promise the agreed deliverables, on time, and done carefully.

6. Your responsibilities

• Accurate information about the business (services, hours, offers, claims to avoid) and the right to have it published.
• Access through the platform's own permission system (e.g. Google Business Profile Manager role). Never send us passwords.
• Approvals within the review window in the scope. Nothing customer-facing is published without your approval.

7. What we never do

• Fake, incentivised or gated reviews; keyword-stuffed business names; fake addresses; anything against Google's policies.
• Contact your clients or your customers, unless you ask us to in writing.
• Take ownership of your or your client's accounts. We use the minimum access needed and remove it when the work ends.

8. White-label and confidentiality

Deliverables carry your brand. We don't disclose your clients, their data or our work for you to anyone, and we don't use your name or results publicly without your written approval.

9. Data

We use your and your clients' business information only to deliver the service, through the processors listed in our privacy notice. Project files are kept for up to 60 days after the work ends unless you ask us to keep or delete them sooner.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for actions by Google or other platforms (suspensions, ranking changes, edits held for review).

11. Ending the work

Either side can end monthly care with 7 days' written notice. On ending, we deliver completed work, list outstanding items, and remove our access. Amounts for work already approved and delivered remain due.

12. Disputes

If something isn't right, write to us first. We reply within 1 business day and answer point by point against the scope. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
