Who is responsible

What data I use and where it comes from
Business contact details only: name, job title, company name, business email address, company website and city/state. They come from a B2B data provider (ListKit) and from the company's public website.
Why and on what legal basis
To send a small number of relevant business emails offering white-label Google Business Profile services to marketing agencies. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): offering a relevant B2B service to a company representative, with an easy way to opt out.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months after the last contact. If you ask me to stop, I keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so you are never emailed again.
Who else sees it
The email-sending provider (ListKit) and email hosting provider, acting as processors. I do not sell your data.
Clients (agencies and businesses we work for)
When you hire us, we process the business information needed to deliver the service: contact details of your team, the names, addresses, services, hours and public reviews of the business profiles we work on, and (for the Cash Flow Sprint) the invoice export you send. We use it only to deliver the agreed work (legal basis: contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Processors: Google (Workspace/Business Profile), Whop (payments), Vercel (hosting of project documents at private, non-indexed links), ListKit (email). Project files are kept up to 60 days after the work ends, then removed from public links and archived offline. You can ask for deletion at any time. Service terms: /terms.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or simply reply "unsubscribe" or "not interested" to any email and you will not be contacted again. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country.
